Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mestral Roots espadrilles. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

How to initiate a return Email us at hello@mestralroots.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return shipping We offer free shipping on all orders. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
