Keep them beautiful
Care Guide
With the right care, your espadrilles will last season after season.
Spot clean only
Never submerge in water. Use a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning only.
Avoid soaking
Keep the jute sole dry. Water will weaken the natural fibers and cause the sole to lose its shape.
Air dry only
Never use a tumble dryer or place near direct heat. Always air dry at room temperature.
Not for wet weather
Espadrilles are warm weather shoes. Avoid wearing in rain or wet conditions to preserve the materials.
Store in the box
When not in use, keep your espadrilles in their original box to protect their shape.
Canvas protector spray
Apply a canvas water-repellent spray before first wear to add extra protection against light splashes.
Step by step
How to clean your espadrilles
Follow these steps to keep your pair fresh without damaging the natural materials.
-
1
Remove loose dirt
Use a soft dry brush or cloth to remove any loose dirt or dust from the upper and sole.
-
2
Spot clean the upper
Mix a small amount of mild soap with cold water. Dip a soft cloth and gently dab — don't rub — any stained areas on the canvas upper.
-
3
Clean the jute sole carefully
Use a barely damp cloth on the jute sole. Avoid soaking it — excess water will damage the natural fibers.
-
4
Air dry naturally
Stuff with paper towels to maintain the shape and leave to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Never use a dryer or direct heat.

Storage tips
Keep the box
Store your espadrilles in their original box when not in use. It protects the shape and keeps dust away.
Cool & dry
Avoid storing in humid environments. Natural jute can absorb moisture and lose its shape over time.
Away from sunlight
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the canvas and weaken the natural fibers of the sole.
Stuff to maintain shape
If storing for a long period, stuff with acid-free tissue paper to help the shoe keep its form.
